Ms. Hersh,
I am submitting revised improvement drawings for the aforementioned project.
1) Added concrete walkway from the existing Amity Road sidewalk southward through the
landscaping and onto a striped walk towards the sidewalk around the building.
2) Added dimensions to parking area and drive aisles.
3) The westside of the property is noted as landscaping and an existing sidewalk. accommodate
the extra impervious surface.
4) This building will share the trash enclosure on the west side of the existing building to the
west.
5) Landscape plan will be revised provided by others.
6) A 3 loop (5 bike) bike rack has been noted for installation on the plans east of the main
entrance.
