Good morning,
We are preparing to submit to the City of Meridian for a new light industrial building for Advanced
Sign and as a part of the design review and zoning compliance application process the checklist

refers to having a stamped site plan from Republic Services. Please find our proposed site plan
attached for your review.
The project is located at the corner of East Lanark Street and North Olson Ave on four lots that will
be combined into one so I am not sure which address the city will ultimately utilize. The primary
user will be Advanced Sign who are present located across the street and to the West about three
lots on Lanark. They presently utilize two eight yard dumpsters and two forty yard dumpsters in
their operation which we are proposing for the new project as well.
