Spread, compact, and fine grade topsoil to a smoothuniform grade 1" below adjacent surfaces.4.4.Reuse of existing topsoil that has been stockpiled on site ispermitted if:4.4.1.Topsoil is tested and analyzed to ensure a proper growingmedium.
