Description of Work:
Accent Funeral homes are growing and have purchased the existing building next door. The neighboring
building is its own structure and will be used as a small office space for Accent Funeral homes.
The existing building that will be undergoing the tenant improvement is located at 1311 N Main street. The
tenant improvement will be to convert the existing space into a small office space, there will be minor
demolition work to open up doorways and convert the existing restroom into a ADA accessible restroom.
The space will include; two offices, foyer, break room and restroom. The eastern side of the building (back
entrance) will undergo exterior improvements as well. The existing stairs and windows will be demolished
and replaced with a ADA accessible ramp and new entry location.
The exterior demolition is to be rebuilt to match the existing colors, materials and style of the building in its
current state. No architectural design changes will be made to the building, the style of the building will
remain. There will be no major mechanical or electrical work within the project scope, no mechanical or
engineering consultants will be required.
