Dear Neighbor,
As a part of the Eagle View Landing development at S. Rolling Hill Drive in Meridian,we are in the
process of submitting an application to the City of Meridian for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the
standard business hours permitted for recreational facilities. Prior to our formal application, we would
like to invite you to a Neighborhood Meeting pursuant to the public hearing process defined by
Meridian City Code 11-5A-6.
During the meeting we will describe the proposed project and answer any questions you may have.The
meeting is for informational purposes only and is not a public hearing before a governing body of the
City. Once our application has been submitted and processed, the City will schedule a public hearing,
and you will receive notice of the public hearing date via postal mail, newspaper publication, and/or
public hearing signage on the project site.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing,the City of Meridian is permitting
this Neighborhood Meeting to be held virtually. Below is information regarding the date and time for
the virtual meeting.

Project Description:The tenant of parcel R7319432000 within the Eagle View Landing development
intends to construct a two-story, indoor/outdoor golf entertainment facility and offer daily service to
customers between the hours of Sam and 2am. As such, the tenant will apply for a Conditional Use
Permit to allow for an extension of business hours as defined in section 11-4-3-2 of the Meridian City
Code.
