Verizon Wireless is proposing to collocate on the existing utility pole located on the north side of East
Fairview Avenue near 1020 E. Fairview Avenue, Meridian, ID 83646. The proposed installation will consist of
three (3) new technology panel antennas, and two (2) exterior mounted conduits. There will also be one (1)
small ground vault added near the base of the pole to house fiber. The new equipment is intended to relieve
