Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for"Apex Southeast Sub No. 2,"the second phase of the Apex
Southeast Preliminary Plat approved 07/09/2020.
This project will include 78 single family lots, and 21 common lots, for a total of 99 lots,within the project.
Apex Southeast No. 2 will in total will be 20.34 acres and zoned R-8. Approved in the previous phase was a
pool and tot lot.An exhibit from the previous phase has been included with this application.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with(1)The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and
meeting all requirements or conditions thereof, (2)the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and(3)
acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
