Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for “TM Crossing Sub No 5,” the fifth phase of the TM Crossing
Subdivision.
This project includes 8.3 acres of R-40 zoned high-density residential land. This plat contains only one lot
and the second phase of the TM Creek Apartments will be built here.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with (1) The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and
meeting all requirements or conditions thereof; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3)
acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
