commercial enclosure requirements.
Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do not stamp
plans per say but rather give approval through e-mail and Republic Services approves of the plans attached.

Good Afternoon, James –
Our office is preparing an application for a Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC) for a new Wendy’s Restaurant located
on Lot 5, Block 1 of Linder Village Centre Subdivision (now known as Orchard Park) near the southeast corner of Chinden
Blvd. and Linder Road in Meridian. This lot is just north of the Winco currently under construction. I have attached the
current site plan and details of the trash enclosure. Please note that the wall materials may change, but the dimensions
will remain the same.
Per the CZC application checklist requirements shown below, we will need approval from Republic Services.
We intend to submit our application on Wednesday, 2/24. Feel free to call me with any questions and/or comments.
