Attached to this letter are applications for Design Review and Certificate of Zoning Compliance for a
WoodSpring Suites hotel within the Eagle Commons at Overland Development. The property consists of
one 2-acre parcel (R819220210).
The property is zoned C-G in the City of Meridian. The existing Development Agreement was recorded
in November 2016, instrument number 2016-106278. A DA Modification is currently being processed.
