The proposed retail building consists of a 1-story structure with a gross floor area of about 6,000 SF, separated into 4 tenant spaces with a shared patio to the North and primary storefront along the front, western façade. Ten Mile Crossing development is generally located to the north of I-84 and east of Ten Mile Road. The proposed office building is located on parcel S1214234021 and is shown on the included vicinity map. A separate detailed narrative from the Architect (Cushing Terrell) to support the building Design Review Application is also included with this packet for your review.
