Subject: CZC and Design Review Applications – Ten Mile Crossing Retail
Dear Planning Personnel:
On behalf of our client, BVA Development, Horrocks Engineers submits this application for CZC and
Design Review for the retail building to be built in the Ten Mile Crossing development. The proposed
retail building consists of a 1-story structure with a gross floor area of about 6,000 SF, separated into 4
tenant spaces with a shared patio to the North and primary storefront along the front, western façade.
Ten Mile Crossing development is generally located to the north of I-84 and east of Ten Mile Road. The
proposed office building is located on parcel S1214234021 and is shown on the included vicinity map.
A separate detailed narrative from the Architect (Cushing Terrell) to support the building Design Review
Application is also included with this packet for your review.
