Please find attached the Design Review (DR) submittal for the Dairy West Tenant
Improvement at 743 N. Touchmark Avenue.
In addition to interior improvements, four (4) new exterior (storefront) window openings (one,
replacing a door) are proposed for the south wall under this application. The storefront window
frames and glazing will match the existing storefront window systems throughout.
