To Whom It May Concern: The attached Certificate of Zoning Compliance documents are for the installation of one material storage silo, and associated equipment, located at 420 West Franklin Road, Meridian Idaho. The property owner is Meridian Investments LLC and the current tenant is Fiberon. The new silo as proposed will stand approximately 47’-6”above grade, and will contain dry LDPE (low density polyethylene) in pellet form. The silo will not be occupied. . The existing parcel number is S1212438732 and is approximately 818,972 square feet or 18.801 acres. Site Access - The site is located in the parcel. Vehicular ingress and egress of the site will be via existing access road, which connects to West Franklin Road. Pedestrian Walks and site access is existing along West Franklin Road. Parking is existing to remain and unmodified, no new spaces or reorganization of existing is planned. Landscaping and Screening – Both existing fencing and landscaping are existing to remain and are unmodified.
