That portion of the South half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, flange 1 East,
Boise Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 8; thence
South 89°32' West along the South Iine of said Section 8, a distance of 1321.18 feet to the Southeast
corner of the land described in Warranty Deed recorded October 22, 1969, under Instrument No. 727770,
records of Ada County, The Real Point of Beginning; thence
North 0°28' West along the Easterly line of the land described in the deed last above mentioned The
Northerly prolongation thereof, 290.4 feet to a point, thence, at right angles,
East 150 feet to a point; thence
South 0°28' East, 290.4 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Section 8; thence
