Hi Brandon,
We looked at you plans for the new project and don’t see anything major to discuss with you. The approaches look
good. The enclosure details are adequate and the entry and exit are fine. We have some concerns with the “future trash
enclosure”, but aren’t considering those yet. For the 3 enclosures, everything looks fine.
Based on what you have provided, the approach, enclosure dimensions and site meet the requirements detailed in our
commercial enclosure requirements.
Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do not stamp
plans per say but rather give approval through e-mail and Republic Services approves of the plans attached.

Hello Lee,
2
I’ve got another project that will require a review and approval from you in Meridian. This one is at Ten Mile and
Pine. The project is called Modern Craftsman at Ten Mile, and is very similar to the previous project you reviewed at
Black Cat. The project contains (3) trash enclosures within the development and the following for structures:
· Clubhouse
· (16) Duplex – rental homes
· (49) 2-Bed and 3-Bed – rental homes
· (7) 6-Plex apartment buildings (42 units total)
· (2) Live-Work buildings with (6) apartment units on the second level
As with the Black Cat project, all homes and unit are rental, and the owner will provide a trash valet service for the
residents. The trash enclosures shown in the “future” commercial lots are preliminary in nature, and not part of this
scope. Those will go through a separate review process.
The trash enclosure plan as attached will actually be a little wider to make sure there is 18’ clear at the gate opening. I
measured the enclosures on the site plan at 19’ wide at the interior.
I appreciate your help and let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
