(A1.00-A1.30), Site Details (A1.40 – A1.41), Entry Feature and Clubhouse Pool Deck Site Plan Dear Mr. Dodson, This letter is provided as a response to the comments you provided by email on 03/26/21, 04/06/21 and details revisions to the plans as requested. · Landscape Plans – Pine Buffer: The Landscape Plans have been updated to show the right-hand turn lane configuration at Pine, along with the proper landscape buffer at that intersection. · Pedestrian Crossing - Pathways: The Architectural Site Plans have been updated with keynotes and markings to identify both the raised pedestrian crossings and colored/stamped concrete pathways (north-south and east-west). · Raised Pedestrian Crossings: A detail and new sheet (A1.41) have been added to the Site Details sheet to provide construction details for the proposed pedestrian crossings. · Playground: A rendering is added to new sheet A1.41 that demonstrates the basis of design for the playground structure (Kids Tale Playground Equipment). The final color scheme is to be determined. A bench detail is also included to coincide with the proposed seating arranged around the playground structure and plazas. · Plaza: A partial site plan and landscape plan of one of the two plazas is added to new sheet A1.41 to provide general sidewalk shape and size, bench locations and proposed plantings.
