Project Narrative:
The proposed project consists of a new 48-bed addiction rehabilitation center under 30,000 square
feet. The site will include 43 parking spaces and landscaping. Exterior building finishes will include
stone, wood and fiber cement siding, and glass.
This project has received address verification for the entire site with record number LDAV-2020-0819.
The use has been approved under Conditional Use Permit H-2020-0126. This project is part of
Development Agreement H-2017-0058 and the Pine 43 Subdivision plat. Please see the attached
