We have followed the City of Meridian Architectural Standards Manual and the Unified Development Code. The building follows a cohesive design. All four sides of the building have multiple materials, colors and architectural elements on them. The building scale meets zoning requirements. The form is square but has multiple modulations of the façade. There are strong elements on each side of the building for the entries. The materials we are using are stucco, brick veneer, metal, and aluminum store front. The pedestrian walkways are continuous around the building and through the site.
