AT&T is submitting application to collocate equipment on an existing wireless telecommunications
facility at the address above. The proposed scope of work includes installing new antennas and sector
mount at 103’ ft and adding new ground equipment within proposed 15’x20’ lease area.
There will be no change in tower height or compound size. All proposed ground equipment will be
placed within existing storage unit. No change in use is proposed.
