To whom it may concern:
We are proposing a new exit door on an existing building within City of Meridian city limits. The
existing site is located on the southeast corner of Eagle Rd and Franklin Rd. The building is
known as the Portico Office Tower.
The main entrance to the building is located along the southern side of the building and faces
towards a large parking lot. All parking for patrons and employees is available on all sides of the
building with the bulk of the parking spaces on the north and east sides.
The only change we are suggesting is to have a new exterior door. The materials will match the
existing storefront system with bronze metal framing and a glass door. A concrete pad will sit
outside the door where the existing landscaping is located.
