Project Narrative
The proposed building at 3250 N. Leslie Way will be a shell with a dental office in the West end
& a vacant Tenant Space in the East end. The building is owned and operated by Dr. Tuft, of
Cornerstone Dental who will occupy a portion of the building. The building will be all new
construction - 6,020 square feet single-story structure.
The exterior will be a light warm grey with a slightly darker grey colored stone wainscot &
columns, dark roof & trim, and a gable roof accents both entrances with corner roof details. The
size and scale of the building are similar to the other nearby commercial buildings.
Existing complementary landscaping will accent the building, parking stalls and sidewalks.
There will be sidewalks on three sides of the building adjacent to the parking for pedestrian
access. Along the sides of the building and in parking islands native trees and plants have been
planted.
