Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do not stamp
plans per say but rather give approval through e-mail and Republic Services approves of the plans attached.

Hi Mandie,
Thanks for sending over the site plan.
The only issues I see are the approach and enclosure not being labeled with dimensions. For example, the enclosure
having an internal dimension of 12’x12’.
I would also reiterate that the enclosure doors need to open at least 120-degrees. The enclosure door closes to the
curbing would be restricted from opening that far based on the image.
I am attaching the enclosure requirements if needed.

I am submitting a new Multi Tenant shops to the City of Meridian for Certificate of Zoning Compliance. Part of their
submittal requirements is approval from Republic services of the location of the trash enclosure.
Attached is the orchard Park Multi-tenant shops site plan showing location of the trash enclosure for your approval.
