Dear Mr. Cam Scott:
We are proposing a modification to an existing McDonald’s drive-thru. The extent of the modification
includes the demolition of a portion of the existing drive-thru; along with the addition of a retaining wall
with the creation of a bypass lane. In addition to these changes, there will also be installation of new
drive-thru signage and replacement of landscape. The existing use of the restaurant will not change.
