It has been revised to carryover a modified and approved Public Works condition from the Pre-plat to this final plat (condition 2.2.9 in the FP report). This was missed by me the first time so I am correcting it now. This is scheduled to be on the Council consent agenda on April 27, 2021. Kent, if you are now in agreement with the staff report, please send a separate email stating your agreement so I can save it as “exhibit B” for the future Final Plat Orders.
