How can you possibly put more buildings in the area next to the 10 mile and Franklin
intersection, the traffic is so bad now it's worse than Eagle. Nothing more should be add
until Another Freeway access is added either at black cat or lender, the lender off ramp could be
from the east only. Th on ramp could be eastbound only would be fine. Thank you
