You are invited to attend a Neighborhood Meeting regarding a proposed Annexation and Zoning
application for a future multi-family and commercial development in your area. The location of the
proposed annexation is shown on the attached vicinity map.
• Monday, March 29 at 6:00 P.M.
• The meeting will be held on the subject property on the west side of Ten Mile Road on West
Cobalt Dr. -Meeting location is shown on the attached vicinity map
We will be submitting applications to the City of Meridian for Annexation and Zoning for a future
mixed-use development consisting of multi-family and commercial uses on the parcel highlighted on
the attached vicinity map. The proposed annexation area is located at the southwest corner of Franklin
Road and Ten Mile Road. R-40 and C-C zoning is being requested. A copy of the concept plan for the
proposed development will be available at the Neighborhood Meeting.
