Broadway Avenue, Suite 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: 10 AT MERIDIAN Annexation and Zoning Submittal Dear Mr. Parsons: The Annexation and Zoning submittal package is enclosed for the proposed Annexation and Zoning applications for the future multi-family and commercial development,the Ten at Meridian.The subject property is located at the southwest corner of Franklin and Ten Mile Roads in Section 15,Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,Ada County, Meridian, Idaho, and consists of approximately 40.3 acres. C-C zoning and R-40 zoning is being requested for the subject property. The portion of the subject property located north of the Kennedy Lateral will be zoned C-C for future commercial development; this portion of the subject property consists of 27.25 acres. The portion of the subject property located south of the Kennedy Lateral will be zoned R-40 for future multi-family development; this portion of the subject property consists of 13.04 acres. A detailed site plan showing proposed land uses and elevations are attached as a part of our submittal. Following approval of the Annexation and Zoning applications, applications for a Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat will be submitted to the City of Meridian.
