We, RONALD R. MOWERY and HOLLY L. THOMAS-MOWERY, whose address is
3295 East Falcon Drive, Meridian, Idaho, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and say:
1. That we are the record owners of the property described on the attached, and we
grant our permission to Falcon Drive Meridian, LLC, whose address is 3330 East Louise Drive,
Suite 300, Meridian, Idaho 83642, to submit the accompanying application(s) pertaining to that
property.
2. That we agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the City of Meridian and its
employees harmless from any claim or liability resulting from any dispute as to the statements
contained herein or as to the ownership of the property which is the subject of the application.
3. We hereby grant permission to the City of Meridian staff to enter the subject
property for the purpose of site inspections related to processing said application(s).

Engineers Affidavit recorded October 4, 1984 as Instrument No. 8449428, official records of
Ada County, Idaho, situated in the North half of the Northwest quarter, Section 28, Township 3
North, Range i East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
A portion of Lot 5 of the Amended Plat of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Golden Eagle Estates situated
in the North half of the Northwest quarter, Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
