The owners of Ennis-Thrivent Condos (within Gramercy) have decided to change the name of the plat to Ennis -Kraft
Condos. As the City has already signed the mylar, I need to get a revised mylar in for re -signature. Can you let me know
what items I need to submit along with the revised mylar? Also, do you know how long it takes for a re -
signature? Nothing else is changing... just the name.
