Landscape Plan Modification
Sonya,
We have decided to modify the landscape plan for Lot 1, Block 14, Bainbridge No. 2.
This is the large common lot internal to Bainbridge No. 2.
The approved landscape plans showed a bocce ball court and horseshoe pit. The new
layout now includes a swimming pool, pool house and tot lot. The northern half of the
park will remain in grass. The southern half of the park will have some berming and
planter beds around the pool area.
For your use and approval, I have included two (2) sets of the plan revisions. We
respectfully request your acceptance of this modification to the landscape plan.
