Commencing at an aluminum cap marking the Northwest 1/16 corner of said Section 14,which bears

Section 11 and said Section 14,thence following the southerly line of said North 1/2 of the Northwest
1/4, S89°10'47"E a distance of 30.86 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
Thence leaving said southerly line, NO3°51'10"E a distance of 27.99 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the
northerly right-of-way line of West Cobalt Drive and being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence following said northerly right-of-way line the following two (2) courses:
1. N85°30'56"W a distance of 8.58 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
2. 63.89 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 51.00 feet, a delta
angle of 71°46'26", a chord bearing of N49°37'43"W and a chord distance of 59.79 feet to a 5/8-
inch rebar on the easterly right-of-way line of South Wayfinder Avenue;
Thence leaving said northerly right-of-way line and following said easterly right-of-way line the following

Thence leaving said easterly right-of-way line and following the boundary of said TM Creek Subdivision

Thence leaving said boundary, N89°28'20"E a distance of 467.04 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar;
Thence 500'28'59"W a distance of 485.43 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar on the northerly right-of-way line
of West Cobalt Drive;
Thence following said northerly right-of-way line the following nine (9) courses:
