Traffic engineer states use will not generate more than 1,500 vehicular trips per day. ■ Comply with the specific use standards listed in UDC 11-4-3-14: Education Institutions ■ Comply with the dimensional standards listed in UDC Table 11-2B-3 for the C-C zoning district ■ A minimum of one(1) parking space is required for every 400 s.f. of gross floor area per UDC 11-4-3-14-1—provide additional parking as necessary to accommodate parking for events. ■ Complete Public School Facility supplemental checklist per§67-6519 and provide any other additional information as required by ACHD. ■ Submit cad drawings for public infrastructure to be constructed on-site. Note:A Traffic Impact Study(TIS) will be required by ACHD for large commercial projects and any residential development with over 100 units. To avoid unnecessary delays&expedite the hearing process, applicants are encouraged to submit the TIS to ACHD prior to submitting their application to the City. Not having ACHD comments and/or conditions on large projects may delay hearing(s)at the City.
