Short Plat Application Narrative
Dear Caleb,
On behalf of City Center Redevelopment, LLC(as Owner and Developer), please accept the enclosed Short Plat
application referenced above for consideration.
The proposed condominium plat is of the mixed use building currently under construction at the southeast corner
of East Idaho Avenue and North Meridian Road,which was permitted under the name"Main2Meridian". The
project met the requirements of the UDC at time of building permit. To our knowledge,the project still meets
acceptable engineering and architectural standards and the plat has been prepared consistent with current
surveying practices. The condominium was coordinated with city building and planning staff through the pre-
application processes and is submitted here now for final processing.
