Dear Sir or Madame,
The approved civil engineering drawings for the above referenced project, prepared under my supervision,included
minor parking and curb,gutter,and sidewalk improvements to existing public roadways(i.e., E. Broadway Avenue,
N. Main Street, E. Idaho Avenue, N. Meridian Road,and an ACHD-owned alley). The surfaces of the existing
roadways and associated improvements are all located a minimum of three feet above the highest established
normal groundwater elevation. The geotechnical engineering report prepared by Materials Testing and Inspection
(MTI File Number B190042g)"estimates groundwater depths to remain greater than approximately 18 feet below
ground surface throughout the year."
