RE: Tetherow Crossing Subdivision(H-2020-0112)—Final Plat Application
Dear Mayor and Council,
As representative for Hayden Homes Idaho, LLC, we respectfully request that the City accepts the attached
final plat application for the Tetherow Crossing Subdivision. The preliminary plat was approved for this
development with 46 single family detached building lots and 8 common lots. A development agreement
was also approved by City Council on 3/23/21. This application includes a final plat that was prepared in
accordance with the approved preliminary plat for (46) forth six single family detached building lots, and 8
common lots with a total overall project gross density of 6.07 units per acre on 7.58 acres. No changes are
requested from the approved preliminary plat. The property annexation and zoning was approved as an R-8
zoning designation through resolution H-2020-0112. The final plat is prepared in substantial conformance
with the approved preliminary plat and complies with the Conditions of Approval included in the Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law for H-2020-0112.
The enclosed application, plat, and construction plans have been prepared and submitted in accordance
with the requirements and provisions of the UDC and acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying
practices, and local standards.
The project approval that is currently in place for the development is (H-2020-0112).
