Dear Honorable Mayor and Councilmembers:
We are pleased to report that the initial issues raised in the staff report for Foxcroft Subdivision
have been resolved by working closely with the planning staff. We agree with all of the
resulting conditions of approval and appreciate the unanimous recommendation of approval by
the Planning and Zoning Commission.
In addition, we agree to construct a play structure in the multi -family development, as
recommended by the P&Z Commission.
