The City of Meridian (Code §11-5A-5.C) requires that, prior to submitting an application, the
applicant provide an opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of the proposal and the
property owners within 300 feet. This is an invitation to a neighborhood meeting concerning
property located south of W. Franklin Road and east of S. Ten Mile Road. A map is enclosed
that shows the location of the property.
The neighborhood meeting will be held:
WHEN: Monday, October 21, 2013, at 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Engineering Solutions Building
1029 N. Rosario Street, Suite 100 (west of the Blue Cross Building located
Meridian, ID 83642 at Eagle Road and Pine Street)
The applicant, Treasure Valley Investments, LLC, will be requesting annexation and zoning to
C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial), TN-C (Traditional Neighborhood - Center), R-8
(Medium Density Residential) and R-15 (Medium -High Density Residential) zones on 118+/-
acres. If you have questions concerning the application and cannot attend the meeting, please
