PZ - PH Notice - 11/20CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2014, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 14-007 by DBTV Southridge Farm, LLC for Rezone of 3.05 acres to TN-R; 1.67 acres to R-4; and 0.83 of an acre to R-8 AND PP 14-017 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 193 single-family residential building lots and 19 common/other lots on 48.56 acres of land in the R-4, R-8 and TN-R zoning districts for Southridge Subdivision generally located south of W. Overland Road between S. Linder Road and S. Ten Mile Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity ora at City Clerks Department/ Development Applications. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
