To Whom it May Concern:
We are submitting an application for a Development Agreement modification. The original
Development Agreement (AZ 14-007)was named the Sugarman subdivision and was approved on
October 28', 2014 between the city of Meridian and George Sugarman.
Our request is solely to modify the existing Sugarman subdivision to match the enclosed site plan.
We look forward to working with the city in making use of this property in a productive and efficient
manner.
