Touchstone Place opposition Letter
This letter is to express our opposition to the current plans for the Touchstone Place Development
64 multi -family dwelling units located directly behind our homes. Our rimar Oppositionp of
height, distance and design of the two story buildings as they relate to the location of our 3 the

The 3 units that are directly behind our homes are two stories, have a total of 6 windows 6 sliding glass
doors and 6 balconies with direct views into our backyard as well as views inside our homes se
attachments B & C. Our homes rear windows consist of a combination of master bedrooms e
bathrooms, dining rooms, kitchens and living rooms. All 3 of our homes are single level home
s.
As you can envision, the direction of the proposed windows, doors and balconies of the Touchstone
Place units will increase the likelihood of overlooking by tenants, see attachment D. Not to mention
the increase of noise & disturbances from individuals dwelling on the elevated balconies throughout
day and evening and the diminished loss of privacy in our homes. the
As owners of our homes, we all consider our back yards as an extension of our homes. We all have
kids, friends and family members we like to entertain in our backyards. Having tenants peering into
the privacy of our backyards and homes will force us to retreat is

In the original application, there was to be fewer units, see attachment E. Our request would be that the
developers of Touchstone Place revise their building design for the 3 units bordering our roe
