RE: Jump Creek Subdivision No 4 CUP
Dear Planning & Zoning Commissioners:
Respectfully request the City of Meridian’s approval of conditional use for Jump Creek No 4. The
property has been final platted and most all the improvements have been installed with the
development of the subdivision. Only remaining improvements is paving of the parking and service
drive and final landscaping around the buildings. The site is located at northwest corner of Black Cat
and Gondola Drive and is zoned R-15.
The plan includes seven (7) buildings for a total of 28 units and two (2) common lots on 2.20 acres.
We look forward to your approval of this application of this Condition Use application.
