04 - Narrative ÓParadigm Senior Living Inc. 2019 503-222-6868 1 Narrative - Design Review Application 02-24-2021 Summary We would like to reduce the amount of brick from the front façade of the 7-duplex building, located within the Inglewood Place Subdivision, which were previously approved on April 4, 2020. Based on section R5.2D of the Architectural Standards Manual, “Masonry as a qualifying accent material must be applied to 50 percent of the available wall length at a minimum height of 24 inches. (Available wall length does not include garage openings.)” We are proposing that we keep the brick where it is was previously approved but instead lower it down to the 24” minimum height everywhere. This really only effects 2 areas, around the Flex room at Unit A, and around the Garage at Unit B. We are re-submitting the approved drawings as well as the new proposed drawings for approval.
