Valley Times NoticeNOTICE OF HEARING Please Note the Meeting Time Change from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Providence Properties, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 16 single family residential building lots and 4 common/other lots on 2.86 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Copperleaf Subdivision located 4405 E. Ustick Road; Providence Properties, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 22 single family residential building lots and 4 common/other lots on 7.56 acres of land in the R-4 zoning district for Golden Valley Subdivision located 4515 S. Locust Grove Road; Jayo Investments, Inc. for Annexation approval of approximately 20.09 acres from RUT in Ada County to the R-8 (Medium-Density Residential) zoning district and Preliminary Plat approval consisting of Ninety-three (93) residential lots, thirteen (13) common lots and one (1) other lot on approximately 19.63 acres in the proposed R-8 zoning district for Hacienda South Subdivision generally located east side of N. Meridian Road; midway between Chinden Boulevard and E. McMillan Road; City of Meridian Community Development Department, Planning Division for Amendment to certain action items contained in the comprehensive plan for Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment. More particular descriptions of the above properties are on file in the Community Development Department office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
