Valley Times NoticeNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application of: Jack’s and Jesse Place, LLC for Annexation of 5.34 acres from RUT in Ada County to the L-O (Limited Office) (1.71 acres) and R-8 (Medium-density residential) (3.63 acres) zoning districts AND Preliminary Plat approval consisting of three (3) office lots, twenty (20) residential lots and three (3) common lots on approximately 4.52 acres in a proposed L-O and R-8 zoning district for Jack’s Place Subdivision generally located east side of S. Meridian Road, approximately ¼ mile north of E. Victory Road; Iron Mountain Real Estate, Inc. for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 16 multi- family lots and 6 common lots on approximately 4.38 acres in an existing R-15 zoning district AND Conditional Use Permit approval for 64 multi-family dwelling units in an existing R-15 zoning district for Touchstone Place generally located south side of E. Fairview Avenue and west of N. Stonehenge Way. More particular descriptions of the above properties are on file in the Community Development Department office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at pub lic meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
