NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will
hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application of:
Joseph Moorhead for Conditional Use Permit approval for an indoor recreation facility
in an I-L zoning district for Riot Cheer Force located 200 N. Baltic Place, Ste. 103 & 104;
Jeanne Valenti for Rezone of 0.34 of an acre from the R-4 (Medium-low Density
Residential) zoning district to the O-T (Old Town) zoning district for Valenti Rezone generally
located northwest corner of N. Meridian Road and W. Washington Street;
Brighton Development, Inc. for Annexation and Zoning of 54.69 acres of land with C-
C (17.68 acres); TN-C (31.27 acres); and R-8 (5.74 acres) zoning districts for Paramount
Northeast Subdivision generally located southwest corner of Chinden Boulevard and N
Meridian Road AND Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 79 single-family residential building
lots and four (4) common/other lots on 27.23 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for
Paramount Northeast Subdivision generally located south of Chinden Boulevard on the west
side of N. Meridian Road;
W.H. Moore Company for Conditional Use Permit approval for a multi-family
development consisting of 220 residential units in an R-15 zoning district for Red Tail
Communities generally located southeast corner of E. Victory Road and S. Meridian Road (SH
69).
More particular descriptions of the above properties are on file in the Community
Development Department office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian
Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday,
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited
to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written
materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested
parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall
become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related

hours prior to the public meeting.
