NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will
hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2013 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications of:
Tealey’s Land Surveying for Preliminary Plat approval of three (3) buildable lots and
two (2) common lots on 2.17 acres in an existing R-15 zone AND Conditional Use Permit
approval for a multi-family development consisting of three (3) 8-plex structures (24 dwelling
units) in a proposed R-15 zoning district for Rushmore generally located south of W. Pine
Avenue and west of W. Broadway Avenue.
More particular descriptions of the above properties are on file in the Community
Development Department office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian
Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday,
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited
to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written
materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested
parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall
become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related

hours prior to the public meeting.
