The Response incorrectly stated on page 5 that the four Skybreak lots in the southeast corner that directly abut Vantage Pointe's one-acre lots will be single-story homes. These four lots are part of Skybreak's gated, custom-home neighborhood,which will include two- story homes. Skybreak does provide single-story homes throughout most of the development, including north of the open space buffer provided to Vantage Pointe's western lots. The half-acre lots provide a generous 2:1 transition to Vantage Pointe, as originally requested by City planning staff. These Skybreak homes also have increased setbacks and abut Vantage Pointe homes whose living spaces are set back approximately 50'-75' from the property line, creating a significant buffer between the homes.
