Good morning Amanda,
We are able to provide the required utility easements where mainlines are installed outside of public right-of-
way. We will continue our discussion with Public Works regarding mainlines in the private drive since it would
limit the amount of mainline that needs to be maintained.

I cannot speak entirely to final design for drainage and service lines at this point as it is too early in the
process, but in my opinion I believe all City of Meridian standards can be met similar to other developments we
have designed and constructed in Meridian.
Thanks,

Corinne,
I wanted to circle back around with you regarding this project before the meeting on Thursday.
Were there any items that we talked about that you have concerns or questions about before this is heard by
commission?
Last time we discussed this, you believed my concerns with easements overlapping lots would not be an issue, the
mains in the driveways should be able to be moved (but you planned to speak with the developer about this), you had
an idea of how drainage would work and believed it would not conflict with other utilities, and that service lines should
be able to achieve the minimum separation requirements for taps on the main as well as distance from potable/non-
potable parallel lines.
Do you have any questions about the utilities in this development?
