CC - Approved Landscape Plan 15 March 2021 1b, Architecture RFI L-001 Inglewood Place Senior Living - NE Gate at Easement +Architecture Following is a description of the gate that is to be constructed in the +Landscape Architecture perimeter fence near the northeast corner of the project site. See also +Land Planning revised Sheet L1.2, Planting Plan for gate location. +Construction Management • The gate is to be constructed in the 6' solid vinyl fence that runs +Interior Design east/west along the north property line. • The gate is to have a 10' clear opening with (2) 5' leaves. • The center of the gate is to be located 35' west of the northeast property corner. • The gate is to be constructed with a welded framework of rectangular steel tubing having a minimum 1-1/2"width dimension, galvanized, with structural bracing as required to prevent sagging. • Vinyl fence pickets and vinyl fence framing (rails/stiles), matching the fence, are to be attached to the steel gate frame. • Gate posts are to be 4" standard steel pipe filled with concrete. Concrete fill to have a smooth domed top at top of post. Gate posts are to be painted to match fence color. • Embed gate posts 4'-0" min. with 18" concrete surround. • Provide hardware i.e., hinges, latches, locking devices, cane bolt as required. Provide no less than (3) hinges per gate leaf. • Top of gate to match fence height. Bottom of gate to be 4" min. clear of finish grade.
